My stamina is low what should I do?

Every time you go into a sprint, your stamina will decrease. Your stamina will also decrease if you are in a jog, with a lot of equipment. To increase your stamina back to 100%, simply stand still, go into a crouch, or hold down “tab” click on “Actions” and “Lay Down”. This normally restores your stamina back to 100% within 30 seconds.
